The military specification for this type of elbow pad was originally designed and developed by BPE-USA in close collaboration with the U.S. Army and Natick. This elbow pad meets all U.S. military requirements for highest impact resistance, durability and protection as well as comfort and ease of use. The main material is a 1000 Denier Cordura fabric with a custom designed high density polyethylene plastic cap and sturdy foam pad inside. Two elastic straps with hook & loop closing mechanism allow for fast and easy adjustment while the Neoprene sleeve provides comfort and prevents the elbow pad from slipping or twisting.
